A Table has a set of Column with an unique name, and zero or more rows. Each combination of a row and a column is a cell. Each row has a Type Domain and a Value Domain, including Waves.
A special Factory called a Table Iterator Factory, can iterate through the rows of an assigned Table, reading and writing to the Table, and/or make another results.
There are also Table Builtin Nodes which you can use inside a Factory, for reading and updating Tables.
